Ive been with this family for 5 years ( since the first was born, and i got 10$ an hour starting,when there second was born I got 15$ an hour, now there 3rd was just born and Im not sure what to ask for. Keep in mind that I pay my own taxes, have plenty of experience, provide transportation, have no paid days off, receive no bonus's, don't get any form of insurance, and clean and do house work such as laundry, and I live in Seattle so pay would be more compared to a small town.
