Hello!!! My name is Alicia! I have worked with young children just over 15 years now in many settings.. I love watching children grow and learn!!! As of right now I have been a nanny for this wonderful family for 3 years... the children are 3.8 (boy), 1.8 (girl) Plus they are having a 3rd baby girl in april.. As of right now I get 612.00 a week.. and i work 52 hours of more. So that is 11.76 a hour.. I love them but i feel like I am getting really under paid... NOW with the 3rd on coming I am asking for a large raise.. I would like at least $15 and hour.. That would be about $780 a week... The price of living has really gone up and I can't live off of my old rate... please let me know what you guys think.. I need help with this topic!!!! Thank you!!!!
