There is no age limit on being a nanny as long as they are physically capable seeing to the care and safty of your kids. Nannies are not playmates for children but child care givers. My mother is 62 years old and is still a Pre-School Teacher working with 8 to 10-15months to 2 years old a day (yes all at one time). She would make a great nanny and she wouldn't have to work near as hard!
