what is reasonable to pay?

Where to start with Salary. My sister in law will be watching my child once I go back to work. Child will be 6 week old. My sister in law currently watches 3 other children, 2 school age, 1 toddler, as well as her own 2 year old. My husband will be dropping my child off at the house of the other childern, approximatly 20 miles each way. he will do this each morning. She will watch our child for 6 to 7 hours each day between her home and the home of the other children. No housework or chores will be done for me. So what is reasonable to pay? we live in MA and sister in law has several years of experience.

This is a little late... But going rates here are $200/wk for fulltime infant care in someone else's home. That is where it starts and should go up from there based on her experience, education and abilities. Good luck!
