We are a place online that allows household staff to post a resume so employers can find and hire them to work in their home.We do not charge a fee to the employer and we do not make placements. The staff member pays a small fee to list their resume on our site where anyone anytime day or night can look at resumes and contact the candidates directly.
It is up to the hiring party to check references and or backgrounds and that is why we are free to those hiring someone. Our website gets an average of 400 visitors a week.
