I have been using New England Nanny for over 2 years now. I love the convenience of having access to top quality babysitters whenever I need them. New England Nanny has never let me down. They have been able to provide me with a sitter at the last minute, and also in situations where I needed someone for overnights. I have the opposite opinion. I feel that all the nannies we have been sent are uneducated. One actually told me that the screening process is only when they are hired and come to find out later she had a DWI earlier in the year. Our family was recommended to A New England Nanny through the hospital my husband works with and everyone we have spoken to had poor things to say as well. I was in shock that they sent someone to my home with a criminal record while expressing to us that our nannies would be screened. Terrible service and not worth the money spent
