Every time I call, the agency has a new person in charge of the nanny placement. I am now speaking with the third person there to find a good nanny. Their fees are the highest in the city and the person they have now is not professional.
And I still haven't found a good nanny....

Judy-the director of nanny placement is very personable and an excelent match maker. we had 3 interviews set up and was very hard to decide which candidate to choose...they all were excelent choices.As a first time mom i was overwhelemed and scared but she was there for me every step of the way....now I have nanny which is like a family member.
