DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Natalie sent us a nanny who we eventually hired. She NEVER showed up, no phone call or anything. Nannys USA had the audacity to charge my credit card $2,200 upon us hiring this woman, not upon her starting, and then told me that it could not provide me with a refund for 30 days! Not to mention that I never received any explanation as to why this "gem" of a nanny never showed up after accepting this position.
Do not rely on what this agency tells you, there were discrepancies in this nanny's resume that the agency explained was a typo, which I believed at the time. Now, however, I seriously have doubts. Why am I paying $2,200 for an agency when it provided a candidate who never shows up?? You can do the background check on your own. The numerous typos in the email I received from Natalie should have been a good indication of the agency's level of professionalism. Caveat Emptor!

Horrible agency. Woman who runs it is a nutcase! She only gets the worst candidates and pushes them on you as if they are normal people- only when they are in your home do you find out that they should be commited! Scary!! And then she rips you off by not giving you your money back. AND this address shes lists doesnt even exist! Should be reported to the authorities and stopped!

The Staff at Nanny's USA was awsome. Thry were courteous, professional and educated me and my husband who were very new to this and had never hired a anny before. We would highly recommnd this agency to everyone.
The staff at Nannies USA was a nightmare! The woman who runs it, Natalie, must be bi polar and is constantly making things up. She gave me a number of people I thought would be good because they came from an "agency" but each one of them wound up being horrific! Its scary to know whats out there and how this agency can rip people off by taking your money and givng you people in nanny and baby nurse positions that are so incredibly unprofessional! run now and dont look back!
