This agency understood the type of nanny we needed and sent us several great candidates to choose from. We decided to go with an agency after weeks of frustration from the online sites, and we are very happy we did. They were very professional and worked expeditiously to help us.

Ok, mine is 8, a monkey and picky eater...so I'll asewnr as best I can :)1. Never. Once a monkey, always a monkey. I've just set firm boundaries, and made it clear that if her actions panic me, they're not allowed.2. somewhere around 2 or 3. Around the time they can understand "if you throw that on the floor, you're STILL eating it". Maybe I'm just really mean.3. We started time outs at about 2 or so. They were short, and took a huge amount of consistency, but work well for our kiddo. She's very social and needs tobe around others. Having that removed was an effective tactic to get her attention.4. Possibly. Mine is still a picky eater, but as she's gotten older, she's much more open to trying new foods and textures.5. She was trained somewhere around 4ish. I don't remember exactly - it was a very gradual process and we just followed her cues. I don't have any hysterical potty stories, sadly. 6. Well...public tantrums subsided for us somewhere around 5 or 6. When she made the connection between the fit and going home for time out...they stopped.7. yes. She actually slept in one of those playpen things, and at 2 1/2 she climbed out at naptime one day. Scared the piss out of me when I turned around and my little person is standing RIGHT THERE. Hubs got her a "big girl" toddler bed that day...I sobbed my eyes out. She wasn't my baby anymore!8. erm. I cried. and cried and cried. and then when we put her to bed I'd lie on the bed, snuggling with her and reading her to sleep. Those are some of my most treasured memories - her little sweaty baby curls snuggled up against me, softly snoring. For me that transition marked the beginning of her growing up, and tore my heart to bits. I've come to terms with it now, but it was a hard, long process.

We are able to command the expense of policy contract, while QuotesChimp could not be able stop passing or eliminate taxation and start to become energized customers by just focusing on how policy contract operates.
