The staff at Wee Care Nanny Agency is comprised of knowledgeable and courteous Placement Managers with proven track records of uniting exceptional nannies and other domestics with some of the most selective clients in the Tri-State region (NY, NJ, and CT). We offer an extensive screening process that delivers nannies and other household staff who are not merely acceptable, but are truly exceptional. In fact, nearly a third of our client families are referrals from other satisfied families, a testament to what we do well.

In addition, any family that hires a nanny on a permanent basis through Wee Care receives a complimentary membership in our temporary sitting service (Wee Care Sitters) and we waive up to 4 agency booking fees ($299 total value). The sitting service includes emergency back-up coverage and temporary babysitting throughout the week and on weekends. Wee Care uses only our experienced nannies to fill any temporary positions.
