My family just moved here from out of state, Live in Beverly Hills we wanted the best, Educated,English speaking, born here, and not just, someone that says yes to everything, we wanted someone to interact with the family. Not one person they sent me was worth the money that I had to spend. I was sent 6 people and was not at all impressed I then went to cregslist and YES I did have to do all the work BUT I knew that my Background checks and DRUG test, and all the other rest I knew was in fact done and they all were perfect English,educated, and had interacted with everyone in the house. I had a women come her and she had everything we were looking for. She came dressed to impress, NOT pants and a shirt, Good luck in keeping your help. Don't go with this agency. Your better off hiring a consultant to do all the interviewing then you can make the decision yourself.

They are the most expensive agency in the area and their candidates were not any better than the other agencies. I had a hard time connecting with anyone to speak with. They didn't return my call. The two candidates they sent me were subpar. I went with The Help Company instead.

Westside Nannies is the best agency I have ever worked with! Not only is the staff amazing, but each candidate they sent us was wonderful. This agency is not cheap, but if you want a professional nanny this is the place to go. All of the nannies we interviewed were legal, spoke English, drove and had their own cars, and had college degrees! The agency made the process quick, simple and surprisingly enjoyable! We found a wonderful nanny who is now part of the family. I can't thank Westside Nannies enough!
This agency is way to expensive and the nannies are that all good, There nice but I want great service not my butt kissed. I then went to Help company and the lady that runs it sent me uneducated helper, When I pay I want the best or if not then way pay when I can go and find myself the help. I have the money to run all the personal background checks, DON"T HIRE THIS OR HELP COMPANY THEY ARE NOT GREAT AGENCY'S THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
