Very friendly and approachable agency. They are prompt and dependable. We have used numerous sitters for our children and love all of them. They try and keep it to the three nannies we are used to and have so far been successful. We generally get Sarah as our sitter and appreciate so much the agency's understanding of our needs.

After calling a half dozen agencies, I decided this was the most professional to go with. They returned all my calls (in a timely manner), answer all my (many) questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. They had no complaints with the BBB (which many did) and I liked that.

My nanny is amazing. I interviewed 2 girls and I hired the first one. I was reluctant at first to hire so quickly, but they did such a thorough job - there was no need to interview more.
