Very professional but not intrusive allowing us to chose who was the best nanny for our family. Their online family portal was awesome and really allowed us to get an idea of the nanny's personality and skills before spending the time meeting with them.

We saved time and money using Boston nanny finder. Great experience.

This is what a childcare agency should be like, friendly, convenient, and affordable. A full service agency having video interviews and resumes of their candidates is simply the BEST. I no longer have to waste my time meeting dozens of nannies at my home based on someone else's recommendations.

I also noticed they don't charge a placement fee based on a percentage of the nanny's gross annual salary, but a flat fee about 2/3 less than what it would have cost if I used another agency.

Very pleased what I have seen so far, including the selection and quality of their nannies.
